Our Services

Tailored to Meet Your Needs

We offer a comprehensive suite of services that include pre-development and development oversight, on-site management and post-development solutions custom tailored to fit your project's needs and goals. In order to meet your unique needs, we provide three levels of service.

Tier 1 - Flagship:

Complete onsite oversight and management for master-planned communities, including personnel setup and day-to-day operations. Available weekly, monthly, or yearly.

Tier 2 - Remote Management:

Predominantly remote services with scheduled onsite visits based on project location. Ideal for projects in proximity to a Flagship Development. Available weekly or monthly.

Tier 3 - Concierge:

On-demand, hourly services for the planning stages of development. This includes virtual meetings with essential stakeholders like the Developer, Civil Engineer, Master Planner, and Local Authorities.

About

DSC Founder and Owner, James Boohaker, is a specialist in the Leadership and Management of Master Planned Traditional Neighborhood Developments (TNDs) with over 30 years of experience. Over the past 18 years, Jim has played a critical role in four (4) TNDs located throughout the Southeastern United States. In each of these communities, he helped transform the developments by providing institutional knowledge and guidance through two major economic events, Great Recession of 2008 and Covid in 2020. Jim’s passion for these developments begins at the ground level but his grasp of the bigger picture is what helped make these such a success. His understanding of the importance of the Third Place gives him a unique insight into what makes these New Urbanist Master Planned communities so special.
